Definitions

(1) „Portal” is a website located within a domain www.xportal.lt;
(2) „Service provider” is the carwelt OÜ (reg. nr. 16768915, tel: 372 58 478 314, address: Estonia, Tallinn 10416, Tööstuse 81) and the website administration, which is represented by: info@sexydate.world;
(3) „Service” is publishing, reading and replying to ads by the user;
(4) „User” is a person who uses the portal’s service.

Terms of service

(1) The user must be at least 18 years of age;
(2) The user must use the Service on his own responsibility;
(3) The service provider does not guarantee that the service is safe, useful, or satisfactory to the user;
(4) The service provider does not guarantee to the user uninterrupted service or the preservation of data inserted by user;
(5) The service provider does not guarantee the preservation of user privacy;
(6) The service provider does not check the truthfulness and accuracy of information in the ads. The user is obliged to make sure that the ad content being published is correct, true and relevant, and also in accordance with the portal’s terms of use, portal’s good practice and legislation;
(7) The service is partly paid. The service provider is a third party in the context of payment for the service. The service provider uses a third party services to allow payment for the service;
(8) The fee paid for the use of service is not refundable due to third party service specifications.

The rights of Service Provider

(1) The service provider has the right to refuse the user provision of service without any justification;
(2) The service provider has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of service without prior notification to the user;
(3) The service provider has the right to change the nature of the service and the terms of use of service without prior notification to the user;
(4) The service provider has the right to monitor user’s activity in the portal, read entered ads and collect statistical information about the user;
(5) The service provider has the right to censor, delete and modify ads if their content does not correspond to the terms of use of service, portal’s good practice and legislation;
(6) The service provider has the right to send users information on using the service via e-mail.

Service provider’s liability

(1) The service provider is not responsible for any damages and loss of income arising from direct or indirect using or not using the service;
(2) The service provider is not responsible for offences or terms of use violations committed by the user, regardless of the form and total amount of damages;
(3) The service provider is not responsible for any damages and loss of income arising from information published during the provision of service;
(4) The service provider is not responsible for content, quality and legality of the links leading outside of the portal;
(5) The service provider is not responsible for any damages and loss of income arising from third party actions or inactions;
(6) The service provider is not responsible for any damages and loss of income arising from technical failures of any kind;
(7) The service provider is not responsible for the content of published ads.
